According to several news outlets, Manchester United have engaged Paris Saint-Germain in extraordinary negotiations to sign Neymar.
Six years after shocking the football world by completing a world record £189 million transfer from Barcelona, Neymar is seriously considering leaving the French city this summer.

If the Brazilian decides to depart in July, they have no intentions to obstruct him.
L’Equipe claims that many Premier League clubs have expressed an interest in Neymar and are in negotiations with PSG.
But Manchester United is seen to have advanced the most.
Additionally, it is in their favor as the Red Devils just need one point to secure a spot in the Champions League for the following campaign. Chelsea, who has expressed interest in Neymar as well, is no longer in the running because they failed to place in the top four this season.
Neymar, according to Erik ten Hag and company, can help United continue to improve as they attempt to catch up to their obnoxious neighbors Man City next season.
The winger for Manchester United, Casemiro, is close friends with Neymar and has been pleading with him to join the Red Devils. The two are playing together for Brazil.
While PSG would prefer to recuperate some money for the Brazilian and part ways with him in a permanent transaction, United are reportedly in favor of a loan transfer for Neymar.
Luis Campos, a PSG Sporting advisor, will soon meet with Neymar’s representatives to discuss his future.
