According to various news outlets, Polyana Viana and Iasmin Lucindo have agreed to participate in a strawweight match at the forthcoming UFC Fight Night event on Aug. 12.
Rafael dos Anjos and Vicente Luque, two welterweights, will be the main event of the UFC Vegas show.
After two fights against Emily Ducote were postponed in April and May of 2023, Viana (13-5) will try to return to the ring. The Chute Boxe competitor, who had gone 3-1 in her previous four fights, defeated Jinh Yu Frey in her most recent match in November 2022.
Lucindo (14-5) moves back up to 115 pounds after defeating Brogan Walker via decision in a flyweight matchup in April. The only setback for the 21-year-old was a decision loss to Yazmin Jauregui in her octagon debut. She had previously won eight of her previous nine fights.
